Terrible service and no accoutability Purchased 2016 Rav4 new, told 1st oil change was free, when time to change was told that the cost was 133.00. went to get trailer hitch $1300 was their price, major competitor installed for $500. In Dec started to blow icu-ig3 fuses, had to be towed to dealer replaced fuse and said all fixed. 5 days later same fuse blew, towed to dealer again. Had vehicle for 4 days replaced fuse and said nothing is wrong but they said it could be aftermarket wiring for trailer hitch. Drove to Timmins 3 ... read more

Not Impressed Had on-going issue with alignment on 2016 4Runner. Brought in several times over past year. Never fixed and went through 4 tires and two rims. Last two visits for alignment they stated it was tires. Went to Total Alignment shop and they fixed it in 1 hour. Initial booking was pleasant enough but other service member was less than useful.

Service desk need more training Went twice to get alignment done cause the first time they told me a recall had to be done before the alignment. Booked the second appointment a couple of days later for the alignment and rear leaf spring change (recall). Called me that my truck was ready, so I go to pick it up and they did not do the alignment. That is the main thing I brought it in for. Service department knew nothing about our promised services. Vehicle is great but service center and sales department have to communicate. We were sold on an extended maintenance program for our lease that was supposed to cover first 6 services and were given a brochure for first service at 8,000kms we were supposed to be enter into some prize draws and receive a special gift. Unprofessional & Unhuman A group of us we down to this dealership which was 4 hrs away, when we finally sat down to discuss price it was over...The dealership didn't want to budge $1 not even $1!! At the least they could have said we'll guys we appreciate that fact you came down from such a long ride but there isn't much we can do except perhaps a few hundred.. Instead we got "Maybe you guys are looking at the wrong car". Not to mention you can't pay them more then $3000 on credit card because then they have to pay more "fee... read more
