It was our first time at the dealership and we were approached with a friendly smile and were immidiately referred to Sossi. She answered all our questions and was able to fufill all our needs within our price range. Randy explained the finances in full. Upon picking up the vehicle Sossi went over everything patiently and in full. Our purchase was a positive experience.

Beware! I ordered a new 2025 hybrid Cross, however, this Dealer has no car for over 6 months. Looks like Dealer did not process my order. I even contacted their manager Jack Varisco, but no response. I had no choice but cancel my order and get my deposit back.

Antony Liu , horrible sale rep. I had placed an order GR86 a year ago. Every month I had been calling him to check the updates of the order. He told me everytime that he will call me back. At the end I had to call and follow up. After a year I cancelled and asked to give me back the deposit. He told me i will be able to go and get the cheque in a week. Now 10 days had gone. I just called and he said maybe end of the month will get the cheque . Not trustable sale representative.

When I called they said the service appointment date I had would be able to wait for the vehicle. Last two appointments have been wonderful and I got out of there within the hour. Today, I went into the waiting room and there were 4 people there. An hour had gone by and I got a text saying my vehicle was almost ready.
