Scammers! Service is a scam! Serviced my 2002 Highlander back when it was 2 years old with them. Serviced it there till the warranty was over; then they tell me my steering-rack was leaking and would cost $1500 to fix. Checked with 2 other dealerships and it was fine. Took my car to an ex certified mechanic and found out that all or most of the service I had ever paid for was not done according to Toyota recommendations. Unethical dealership The experience is basically stated in the Goggle review. During that date, the price of the RAV4 AWD LE, after deducting the trade-in, is revealed to me after I provide the ownership of the trade-in car, car key and credit card. Service I have an appointment for the first time for an inspection on my 2016 RAV4 at 10:00am. Henson told me that it will take approximately an hour for the inspection. to finish. By 12:00noon, I am asking already about my car as it has been 2 hours and nobody is calling me. Finally, when they saw me upset ,they started to do something on the paper works. poor used car I bought a 2009 Camry Hybrid here in March,2015. It kept making noise in the front axle since I got the car and I thought it came from the hybrid system as this is the only toyota I've ever driven. If I tested another hybrid, I must find the difference.The noise became greater and greater and they found the bearing of front passenger wheel was broken. They will tell you anything to make the sale! We bought a used Toyota RAV4 from Bradley back in November. Throughout the process of the actual purchase, Bradley was great. He was very friendly and happy to help and answer our questions. About 5 minutes after we drove out of the garage, we started hearing a noise in the brakes. Dishonest dealings Bought my car from this dealership all because of my foolishness of blindly trusting the finance manager with whom I have dealt with earlier. Unnecessary coverage was forced upon me so tactically and finally ended up paying more than I could have paid with another dealer. Stay away from this dealer if you can you will not regret later about your purchase and decision.
Dishonest finance manager lied to us on deposit refund Stay away from this dealership. The financial manager Lac Lai lied to my sister-in-law, nephew and wife in regards to the cancellation of a car contract on Tuesday, Aug 25. When my nephew's guarantor did not understand certain conditions of the contract and refused to sign to complete the deal, Lac Lai said that he would arrange for a refund of the $1000 car deposit by Aug 27 and cancel the contract.
