Great experience! I went during the Red Tag Day and was looking for a 2015 Camry and was warmly welcome by the staff, Mr Terry Zhou, who explained everything to me in details which made me very impressed. The new Camry suits my needs in every way and so , with the help of Mr Lac Lai, I finally bought my dream car! Thank you, both Terry and Lac!

Best Customer Service Ever It is no coincidence I've been here more then 3 times and the service has been consistently great every time; definitely their service managers and reps have done great justice to the dealership and the Toyota brand. The service started on a great note from the lady on the phone. I didn't have the right terms but she was willing to guide me, logged the concerns I had. I'm quite impressed. Dwalership Experience I walked into the dealership after a short conversation with John. He was very friendly and listened to our needs very carefully. So we decided to buy our car from there. Helpful, Eventually. Great place, if you get to chat with the manager. Happy with the end product, though getting there was difficult and made me feel like I wasn't worth their time. The first sales rep was on lunch when I showed for the initial appointment and the second was not knowledgeable on the vehicles nor experienced with sales at all.
