I came in wanting a new lease on a reliable car. The dealer went above and beyond to understand my needs and work out a good deal for me. He was very friendly and I felt that my needs were met at all times. He was patient in showing me a variety of options and helped me to clearly understand the conditions of my lease and showing me the features of my car.
The whole buying experience was great except the manager mad us haggle a bit. We're taling about a couple dollars a month which adds up to a couple hundered over 5 yrs which I found a little too "desperate" for profit. I mean we're talking about a company (Weins) that owns like 7 different dealerships or more - a few hundred dollars should not be a deal breaker if you really want to sell an automobile.
