Visited the dealership with the intention of purchasing a Rav4 Hybrid. After agreeing on the quote, signing the papers, and providing my credit card, the manager unexpectedly insisted on approval contingent upon the mandatory purchase of $1500 worth of additional services. This sudden inclusion of an extra deal at the very last minute eroded my trust, and I am now hesitant to engage in any business with them, nor would I recommend their services to others.

I booked my RAV4 Limited hybrid in March,2023 and calling Sales Rep Aarash to check the production status. After my first two calls in july, he said he will check exact status and let me know.After those two calls he started ignoring and not picking my phone. Getting status of Car is difficult for sales rep..Not happy with this kind of customer service.

It’s been over 16 months, and we finally have the RAV4 Limited Hybrid that we ordered. Actually, it isn’t the car we ordered, but apparently somebody else gave up their car and we had to take their car plus their winter tires in order to take delivery. Anthony (Xiao) Liu originally told us that it would be a 4 month wait. Was interested in buying a new Toyota. Walked into the dealership NO One greeted us or was willing to acknowledge that we had come in. There were sales staff around but on their phones and did not come to us. We approached the used car sales person to try and get some help. He went to get a new sales person and we waited 10 minutes and finally left. Thanks for making the decision for me to NOT buy a Toyota. It shows on the website free complimentary winter tire, when you go there is no discount , advisor say its only free storage, manager its only 1.5% low interest offer, everyone telling different story.

In May 2020, my husband bought me a 2018 CHR. It was delivered to our house as per agreement but we were told they didn't have time to show us the usual whereabouts of all the gadgets. Off they drove. It turns out we didn't have the SAFETY so couldn't register it in our name. That cost us $200!! The dealer did not return any of our calls. Next, we paid to have a dash cam installed , it does not work. True to form, Marksville ignored all our pleas, despite all their lies about doing something immediately. My wife took her 2012 corolla in for inspection in order to buy it out after lease was up and we got the car back with damaged and stripped 20 in total wheel nuts !!! We have two sets of tires winter and summer on own rims and I do the swap each and every year myself so I know the nuts all too well but that changed after the thieve mechanic swapped the nuts with his own damaged ones from using them on bearing hub puller most likely and thought " who's gonna find out ???" I bought a used Highlander. They sold the vehicle with bad noisy tires & differential which was serious safety issue had to fix those problems. Won't recommend
