Horrible Dealership, Would never go back there or recommend! I bought myself a new car couple years back. When I bought my car I had added some sensors and other features andI asked my Sales Rep. Poor customer experience with showroom and test drive Today was a Red Tag day and we went to Markville Toyota to check out the 2015 Venza. As expected, the store was really busy as we waited patiently for a salestaff to answer our enquiries. bad service after made sales I lease a car from Markville Toyota, i called the sales rep for few times (no one pick up then i leave message) about some question of my car and some leasing question but the sales rep reply me ONCE ONLY. And i called almost two weeks ago too but the sales rep still haven't reply me yet. Very disappoint on this dealership and i won't recommend people buy car or lease car at this dealership.
Service department in all about the up-sell. They told me I needed rear brakes before they would certify my Rav4 so that I could buy out my lease. I took it to an independent garage who disagreed and certified the vehicle. Markville Toyota won't allow you to buy out your lease unless they certify the vehicle. Talk about a conflict of interest! I have some concerns about how Markville Toyota is conducting business. I recently decided to buy out my leased vehicle. I was told to bring the vehicle to Markville Toyota for a Safety Certification. On May 13, 2013 I brought my vehicle to Markville as instructed. I was told that the safety inspection revealed that I needed rear brakes and windshield wipers. I decided to take the vehicle to an independent garage to verify this. Spent the entire day (10 hrs) at dealership for brake repairs. Finally had to rent a vehicle and pick up my vehicle the next day. Just discovered that they charged me $249.95 for after-market rebuilt brake calipers that sell at other auto repair shops and Toyota dealers for between $108.80 and $119.89. Ripped-off by people with a smile on their face. In addition to that slap in the face they charge $115.00 per hour for labour, which to me is another rip-off.
I was told my car would take 4 - 5 hours to repair. It was 7 hours before I was able to drive away. Will not bring it to Markville for servicing again - will try another dealer !!!
