Service of Vehicle, Regular Maintenance Appointment made for Service, arrived and greeted promptly and car taken in for Service. Took a little longer than I thought it would, but satisfied with the service.
Consistently exceptional service Whenever I have entered the dealership with a service requirement (scheduled maintenance or something unexpected) the service team always makes me feel like valued, as though I am family. The value for dollar is unsurpassed. I feel as though the cost of ownership of my Lexus IS250AWD is among the lowest of any vehicle I have ever owned. However, I know for a fact the ownership experience is unmatched by any previous make or dealership I have dealt with. You deserve a 6th star.
I was very well received. Paula Bowman was excellent to deal I made one call to service and was booked in next morning. When I arrived Paula came into service entrance bay and greeted me. I stated my reason for visit and was booked in. A rental was made available. Felt comfortable at the dealership.

Honest appraisal, prompt service Every staff member we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Our car needed servicing while we were supposed to be in the mountains for a wedding, and we were given a replacement car immediately.

Excellent Service and Staff I went to Lexus Southpoint to get a chip in the wind shield repaired. I spoke to see Cam Rutten and he handled everything in an extremely efficient and timely manner. While the repair work was being done, Cam went through my lease agreement to try and get me into a newer model at a cheaper rate. Although I kept my current lease I will know where to go when its time to upgrade. Thank you Cam Rutten and the staff at Lexus Southpoint for the great service.
