lease buy back Bad experience with Cam upon recent lease buyout . He wrote me a number on a paper at my initial visit and I got a bank draft without any doubts. Even through the price rate is constant, still been charged $100 more due to his poor calculation. Avoid avoid avoid! If you walk into this dealership thinking you will get the same level of service compared to the other Lexus dealer in Edmonton, you could not be more wrong. Questionable parts prices, unwanted texts Had to buy new set of wheels nuts last winter, was supposed to go to the other Lexus dealership but a bad storm came in, so came here. Went to the parts desk, guy said $30 per nut, needed 5. When he brought it to the counter, I asked if all prices in the city are the same, he stated they were. Lexus south point Is the worst experience ever I would have to say this dealership has the worst finance and sales technics I've ever witnessed ! After doing some research I found that the sales and finance team not only lied but misrepresented themselves and would say anything to get you to lease from them! WORST SALES TEAM AND MANAGER Sales team too pushy. Manager rude, and ignorant and sneaky. Takes your money without your authorization when you aren't sure if you want the car or not they just run a deposit of your money behind your back. Salesperson we dealt with got rude and and snippy when we made him work to do the job but after we decided not to seal the deal, his true colours came out. Terrible service! A 2 hour recall turned into 1 week! The supposed 2 hour recall took 3 days (with no updates as to what was taking so long). My Rx was returned to me with an oil leak in the area of the recall, which my Rx never had when it went in. When I called them , they said it was nothing they did. Then they tried to rectify the leak, which took another 3 days (again with no updates) as they apparently could not figure out what and why it was leaking.
