Joald Liaz Made It Easy! I am a sales rep and I live in Calgary and I was not intending to buy a vehicle in Edmonton. I had been to a Calgary dealership looking, but Joald answered all my questions and made the "buying" process easy. Even though I knew I was being sold - I didn't feel like I was being sold. awesome staff From the moment we walked in, we was greeted by joald and the concierge team. They made us feel welcome and he even gave us a tour of the dealership, we felt like we were checking into a hotel. joald simply gave us all our options and even encouraged us to shop our competition, which I thought was really strange.
