Service with Excellence! I had my IS 350 serviced at the Lexus South Pointe and as usual, they looked after me and my car. It is always nice to go to the dealership as the energy is inviting and everybody is happy to greet their guests. I honestly think everybody should experience their service.
Great customer service! Winter tires and regular maintenance. I had brought my vehicle in to have the winter tires put on, the service manager email me to let me know my vehicle required schedule maintenance. I promptly email her back and stated to her to go ahead with the maintenance. The service was great, and the people were very friendly and professional.
Above and beyond I'm always impressed with the service at south point. I'm a lifer for Lexus product so having a dealership with so many customer service amenities is a bonus.
