First Visit My first visit went perfectly Dropped my NX off at 7 am Shuttle got me to work on time They called when the work was completed. Shuttle picked me up No extra charges
Satisfied ! Always ready to listen. Great customer service. Very helpful in any aspect. Loaner car provided without any hesitation. Rafi is a knowledgeable mechanic. Explains everything in details. I felt comfortable to ask him questions.
Fast, friendly service All employees were very helpful and friendly. The location is very relaxing and inviting. The shuttle driver was very friendly and easy to talk to.
Very Satisfied Customer I was greeted in the morning by Paula Bowman and she was such a pleasure from the moment I walked in. She asked me how my drive in was, we reviewed everything that I had a concern with regarding my car and we talked about the up coming weekend when waiting for the paperwork to be printed. Couldn't be happier! I purchased a new SUV from Lexus South Pointe and I couldn't be happier! Not only is the vehicle amazing but the dealership and the staff were beyond my expectations. It was excellent. Even though the the dealership was extremely busy that morning I never felt that I was being brushed off, hurried or ignored. Everybody was efficient and pleasant.
