Old tires were installed in a brand new 2020 RX350. I had issues from day 1 as I did not check when the car was delivered. In 2 yrs Costco confirmed to change all 4 tires as not in good condition. I was cheated on the tires deal

this is second time i got bad service at south pointe, first time is accounting guy charge my credit card without my authorized, , second time today November 18 2024 after the trip my lexes inner cover front passenger loose and flap to my tire , and i bring to south pointe for service, and they claim i hit something, but i did not hit anything, and the manager of service point her finger to the rims had scratch, and i told her this is a winter rims i bough used for winter time, but she so ignorance, then said we don't fix, i... read more

In my life I and my family never ever want to go this place very bad.they always said we will contact you as soon as possible but never ever contact, small issue also doesn't know how to fix.im so disappointed.but those people don't care about you.
If you are looking to be yelled at on the phone or have unnecessary services completed on your Lexus, this is the place, I was treated with disgusting attitude from RUTHI SHERMAN, I’m actually confused as to how someone can speak to a customer like that on the phone. Always service our Lexus 350L at South Point. Last 2 services were very unsatisfactory as things were not done. Shauna Meakin sent an E-mail saying to contact her to discuss. I called-no answer-I sent an e-mail--no response. They do not care about work they do and do not explain why work is not done. Also the so called expert techs do not know what the tire pressures are to be.

I called this dealership regarding a recall on my is350 which had an issue with the AC system. I had received a letter in the mail and my vehicle was experiencing the same symptoms, I call and end up speaking to Ruthi Sherman, I advised her of the recall and the letter and she acknowledged however told me, if the issue is not exactly the recall I will be charged per hour for diagnosis/inspection I found this weird as any other recall I’ve ever had they check it for free and if it is not the issue they will advise you that’s ... read more
NEVER AGAIN! went a month ago to put $1,000 REFUNDABLE deposit on 2020 RX350, was told repeatedly by salesmen it was refundable. went to sign deposit paper and guess what, NON-REFUNDABLE checked off, was told not to worry since it was dealership policy it was refundable, irregardless i told him to check off the REFUNDABLE box. fast forward 1 week later, i decided to not buy the car and get my deposit back.
