As always, excellent service. I brought my Lexus NX in for the 16000 km service and the service was outstanding. Gary explained everything in detail and was very friendly and professional. I don't think any car dealer can beat the service at Lexus South Pointe
Top Service My key fab for my remote starter was not working, and the warranty expired 3 months ago. Gary went to bat for me and had it replaced free of charge. This is the type of service that I appreciate!
Treated Like Gold! I had trouble getting a deal I was comfortable with in Calgary for my 4th Lexus,so I spoke with Cam,the Sales Manager at South Pointe Lexus,in Edmonton,and he made it worth my while to Drive up to his Dealership in Edmonton,and drive home in my new Lexus. Great service! I recently got our NX detailed. It was easily done, looks fantastic, & had a loaner vehicle given to me for the day and a half they needed to keep my car! Great job!
completely satisfied I brought my vehicle in for regular servicing. I was taken in immediately and the scheduled work was performed in the time I was advised it would take. With the time I attended I was given a light lunch and a pedicure as well. All the staff was very professional and courteous.
