great work to fix a rattle issue I had Great service fixed a squeaking noise I had in the front end turned out to be a loose bolt.Very good service staff and friendly.
Excellent Service But Just One Thing I had my car serviced at Lexus South Pointe and had new tires and an alignment done. I had checked the price of the tires at Costco with installation so when I went to South Pointe and said if they could match the price I would get them there. They did and so I agreed they could install the new tires. The only thing I did not count on was the installation cost (labor) was not the same as Costco. Seasonal Tire Swap and Block Heater I had gone for Seasonal Tire Swap but when Nicole checked her system, she noticed they had the block heater in stock for my vehicle and it could be installed at the same time. Work was very well done and car was nicely cleaned when returned. Very happy with the service.
Excellent Customer Service Did not try to sell services not needed.Came for oil change free manicure and car wash all staff was very helpful Jessica was awesome! Lexus is a awesome dealership

AMAZING Thank you for making both car detailing packages I purchased as Christmas gifts for my mom and sister such successes! They were both BLOWN away by the attention to detail and customer care. Wick, Couteous and Efficient Love the fact I get complimentary oil changes - also repaired my two Rick chips for free! Only had a minimum fee for a bulb replacement. Best part is when I get my Lexus back, it comes back clean! Shuttle driver as always, was very friendly. Pick up was exactly on time. Thanks!
Wonderful, professional service shows care and meeting needs Warm and kind welcome by Nicole, knowledgeable and explaining the works. Polite shuttle car driver (forgot to ask his name, but that was Friday, May 11 morning at 9:15), drove me home safely and picked me up to the Lexus SP, passed his work work. Thanks for the excellent service !
So amazing Everything was amazing! Pedicure was great and the gals in the spa were awesome! Service was fast and a good price. Sitting area with refreshments was also nice.
