Excellent service with very friendly, professional staff! I brought my car in for an oil change and was helped out immediately as I entered the service bay. The lady I dealt with, Nicole, was very friendly and helpful. I had a question about a past estimate I was given and she promised to look into it with the service manager and let me know. I was very pleased with the service and help I received at Lexus South Pointe!
Excellent clean, professional staff Second visit to Lexis for car detailing. Professional, friendly, efficient intake by Nicole Paradis. Comfortable waiting area. Complimentary refreshments and wifi. Courtesy drop off and pick up service is a real bonus (although this visit, the return car arrived 1hr 45 mins after I was told the my car was completed which was rather a long wait at the mall and I would’ve made alternative arrangements to get home had i known).
