Windshield replacement 2014 RX 350, had glass coverage and required repair or replacement due to rock damage. Drove directly to south point after event to have damage assessed. Determined repair could not be made and replacement glass would be needed. Service desk contacted shop to see if windshield was available / on site, and it was.
