Exceptional We were treated like we had just purchased the most expensive car on the lot. In reality, we purchased a used low end car that did not fit in with the Lexus brand.
Service Great service and attention to detail. Even had a minor crack on my windshield repaired at no cost as the vehicle had been purchased at this dealership recently.

First Class Service Just like what the title says, first class service!!! Very helpful, friendly and very professional. This is the type of service we should all get from the other dealers but that’s not the case. This is why Lexus southpointe is above and beyond the rest!
Service on my Lexus. I came in for an oil change and was very pleased with the service I received. I was very satisfied with my experience. I can't say that about the salesperson I dealt with i really just wanted to know some answers to some questions. This person was very forceful and was convinced that i was terminating my lease and getting a new Lexus. I certainly didn't appreciate the treatment I received. I have leased a Lexus for the past ten years or so and would like to continue.
Service Dept Great service..... Friendly staff. Have always enjoyed coming to the dealer. Very knowledgeable staff Would recommend friends and family to visit the dealership to purchase a vehicle or have it repaired there.
Service I was pleased with the service providers. They were friendly and efficient. The pedicure in the spa was an added bonus. The wait wasn’t too long.
GREAT SERVICE! I came in for a tire swap and regular maintenance, but was so pleased to receive a free manicure and shuttle service while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced.
