Service after one month of purchase We went to Lexus for a service after one month of purchase. I and my husband enjoyed the experience of waiting with drink all coffee you can. The service was prompt and satisfying. The great service started from the day I called the dealer to book an appointment up to the service date. We are a happy & satisfied clients.
Good customer experience Just went for a tire swap, detailing, and new windshield. Happy they gave me the option of an aftermarket windshield- half the price! Executive detailing was excellent

Point out labor costs Love the service, only thing I would recommend is that when asked for a cost also include labor. I had asked for a cost on updating navigation in my Lexus. Was given a cost of $200 but when I went to get the update was told $300 including labor. I probably would have it done anyway but don't like that I was not told the labor costs were extra. Lexus needs to be upfront about service costs. Don
