Service The service was great. Friendly, the price quoted was accurate. Good job cleaning the vehicle. The loaner was good could have preferred AUV. Was given the option that dealership will fill up the amount of gas consumed at the pump cost without adding any extra to it. That is good little extra for a busy person, he or she does not have to run around before picking up the vehicle.

competent and timely i was having a problem with my car battery during extremely cold weather. we explored different options to correct a recurring problem. I got a new battery, and returned a battery charger on this visit. they refunded the part.

Service When I arrive I receive their full attention. If I have any concerns or problems. When service is complete the rep. goes over everything done. I’ve had a different service rep each visit & each has been attentive & very cordial.

Phenomenal. Everytime I come to Lexus South Pointe, everyone is so friendly, attentively listen to my concerns, and address them appropriately. I love how my relationship with them didn’t end as soon as I bought my vechile and walked out the door but continues to exist throughout as they’re always checking up on me and my Lexus.
great car spa service but they forgot to clean my trunk. great car wash service but they forgot to clean my trunk and rear seats. Staff are nice, I have been to Mercedes and BMW both service muffin. But none at lexus.
