Helpful. Thank you for the service and for explaining the work completed. I brought the vehicle in to repair windshield chips and when not all chips were repaired, the sales / service staff explained why some were repaired and others were not repaired.
Great service and excellent customer relations. No wait to drop off my car and the loaner car was available and a pleasure to drive. Lexus service is an excellent reason to purchase a Lexus.

Very good experience. When I booked my car in for service I dealt with Jessica. She addressed me by name when I arrived and was very friendly to deal with. She reviewed the work order with me and told me how much the cost would be for my service. The next morning she called to inform me that my car was completed and I could pick it up any time through out the day. Super! They said the service would take approximately 90 minutes, and it was done right on time. I visited the spa for a pedicure and it was lovely. The waiting area is pleasant and the time flew by.
Simply done right. Good communication. Work done properly. My vehicle was ready at the promised time. They made the process of having your vehicle serviced during a busy workday very smooth.
