Always a pleasure It is always such a pleasant service experience arriving at Lexus on the park. The staff is exceptional and provide a very high level of customer service that is seldom found anywhere today. Management is to be commended and I have no problem referring anyone to this dealership to do their auto shopping and for the ongoing service provided. Keeps me driving Lexus.

Good experience Valet service provided by Sandra was much appreciated. The car was washed & cleaned inside & out. You need more than one person to provide valet service. We had to wait a long time on a previous occasion & finally drove in ourselves to switch to summer tire's.

Service was excellent My service appointment was fast, thorough, and they even treated my wife and I to breakfast. The "team" in the service department are very friendly. I was asked if there were any problems with my vehicle and they were addressed. This is the 5th year I have been using Lexus on the Park and my second vehicle purchased from them. I'll keep coming back.

MAINTENANCE SERVICE Very busy place and yet with in a few minutes i was assigned a service adviser. Greg. He was extremely helpful. My car was ready with in couple of hours and he even offered me a loaner car. I told him i will wait. in the dealership till the car was ready. At that point he offered me a lunch food coupon. I was treated like somebody. As i was leaving, I met Abid, service manager whom I found very professional.

personal interaction Kevin was personable, friendly, took appropriate time, good listener. Listened to my concern over Lexus pricing and was careful not to oversell. Co-operated on giving me the 10% discount that Toyota has been giving me. Lexus pricing still a concern for a simple oil change. Toyota much cheaper for same or similar service.
