Brake noise while travelling Brian gave us the best service we have ever received from any dealer anywhere in Canada or the US. We heard a noise in the brakes while travelling from Ottawa to Toronto and called our dealer in Ottawa; he advised taking the car in for an immediate look as soon as we got to Toronto. It was late on Friday afternoon so we called from the road and made an appointment. First Class It is always a great experience dealing with the staff at Lexus on the Park. Treatment is first class and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though I had to return the next day to have the service department deal with warning lights that appeared after the initial service, Brian was apologetic and had the minor service done immediately.

Walking in the door was a good experience I should have just walked around to get a feel of the people, instead I asked to see a sales person. I usually am a good judge of character, I should have chosen a sales person without asking for a salesperson. The person they assigned to me initially was good until we made the deal. My phone calls were not returned in a timely manner, I asked a question he said he would ask the sales manager, however, when he relayed the information back to me it was not the question I wanted asked.... read more
