Service appointment I came in to have my ES350 serviced and to have my snow tires removed and my all weather tires put on. Kevin was very helpful and informative - he gave me an estimated time that the work would take and he was right on the mark. I met up with a friend and had a nice lunch and my car was ready when I returned. After our long, hard winter I really appreciated getting into my car that had just been vacuumed and washed. SC430 Brian Mitchell went out of his way to welcome my wife and I to our service appointment. He provided us with a complimentary lunch while we waited in the cafeteria and called my cell when the car was ready. I missed the call, but picked up the message he left for me and as a result, my wife and I left the cafeteria. Surprising Experience I HATE shopping for a new vehicle from pushy salesman who don't know much about the actual vehicles to the attitudes like they are doing you a favour.
