Stress Free We bought our car without having to go to the dealership. The car was brought to us for test driving and inspection. The stress and time of having to go through the whole process of buying a car were handled by our Sales Consultant (Yin Chan). Everything has been taken cared of! Excellent service!

Exceptional Customer Service A good friend of ours recommended Nick Bales at Lexus on the Park when he heard we were interested in purchasing a pre-owned Lexus. As we are from out of town, we hoped it would be a good sales experience. Needless to say, it was the best ever. Nick is a knowledgeable, personable and patient sales person. Service visit Lexus contacted me to bring my car in for regular servicing and tire switch. I appreciate the reminder to come in. I was given the option of waiting or taking a rental car for the day. As I decided to wait, I was offered a free breakfast (which was very good) and had an opportunity to relax in the lounge. Fantastic service! I went to Lexus on the Park expecting to be hounded by sales reps trying to make their month end quota. But instead I was a aloud to browse without being hounded by sales associates. Then when I had questions I was introduced to Chris Lebetjis. He made my shopping enjoyable. He listened to what I needed, and got me the car I wanted. No hassle, no stress. To all at Lexus on the Park, great job, and keep up the good work.

Greg Mugford When I purchased my slightly used vehicle approximately three years ago I was most concern and anxious about the service I was going to receive as I had never dealt with, not only this dealership but I had never had a Lexis product previously.
