Lexus on the Park a great experience I visited 4 other brands'dealerships before I went to Lexus on the Park. I was immediately impressed by the prompt, courteous and attentive service. I was able to review all of the models and was helped by a very knowledgable salesman, who explained in detail the various options available on the medel I had chosen. Lexus on the Park is GREAT !! I have been dealing with Lexus on the Park (and its predecessor companies) for over 20 years. Mark Easton has sold me 6 cars, and he's always been first rate. Integrity, service, friendliness, knowledge - he has it all. I had a relatively large "problem" last year that legally/technically wasn't then covered under my 4 Year warranty (which had expired in March 2013). Service I was pleased with reception and promptness to collect my vehicle upon arrival. Also appreciated when shuttle driver had other drop-offs, he arranged for another representative to give me a lift home. Overall service took longer than expected but addressed recommended additional service required.

Larry was so awesome!! It was time for me to get rid of my 2005 RX 330 and I went back to see Larry who originally sold it to me. Without even thinking about it he found me the perfect replacement RX 350 (2011) at the most affordable price. As always he walked me through the entire process and made it super easy to understand. I cannot stress enough how amazing the service is here. Another satisfied customer!

buying a Lexus I had a thoroughly easy and enjoyable experience in purchasing my new Lexus IS250. Excellent sales rep to work with Great guy. Friendly and easy to talk to. No pressure tactic made the whole experience very positive. Negotiating process didn't drag on and got the price range that I wanted. I didn't walk away thinking I should have got a better deal. No doubt I'd visit Sam again.
