time for a new car Haskell, Larry, and Josie were very patient in explaining there benefits of buying a hybrid, a concept which was totally new, albeit fascinating, to us. I feel more informed then I have ever previously been with a new vehicle

regular service My car was recently serviced by Lexus on the Park - for regular scheduled maintenance, a change to summer tires and some warranty work. The valet service was excellent and so convenient for me. The service itself was completed on a timely basis with no issues - with a follow-up by them to ensure that I was satisfied with the work done. The car came back to me very clean and washed. Service Par Excellence Abid made every effort to make this untimely trip to service a pleasant experience. Three days after picking up a new Lexus, there was an issue with a sensor. He offered to bring me a loaner & pick it up when my car was repaired. He make sure the part was ordered, received and properly installed so that I had the car that afternoon. Truly an enjoyable & stress free experience! I leased a brand new 2015 Lexus 350 Sport Model from Mr.Haskell Beale . He was very helpful in explaining lease terms and options available. He was very knowledgeable & very professional. The Delivery of my car was also great, as Josie Allen the Delivery Specialist instructed me in all the functions of the new vehicle. Customer Delight From the first visit to the dealership, I was very impressed with the service level and friendliness of all staff. The little extras (popcorn, fresh squeezed juice, etc) were also an unexpected treat.
