Excellent service! From the moment walking through the doors you can tell this is no ordinary auto sales place. Buying a vehicle from Lexus on the Park was a great, stress free and yes, even fun, experience. I felt they went above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted. Engin Spark Plug In the last couple of weeks I had changed my front breaks, and Engine Spark Plugs, During these two sessions, Kevin Fam, managed all the work, and he was explaining all the situation and requirement for me, with investigation my used car history, Kevin was always answered my question promptly even with email. The jobs have been done in time; The maintenance cost looks expensive in general for Lexsus, but at least I trust Lexsus on the park to use the best materials, with an accurate work. Thanks, Max

i agree it is "First class all the way" Professional and friendly, nice people. we are happy to deal with them. I went there for my car oil change, tire repair, and some other cosmetic for my car. They give you their time, ask you if you may need any thing else. Over all i think the excellent is not good for them. More then Excellent would be better to describe them. I recommend this dealership to anyone who want grate car with more than excellent service. Wish them good health, happiness all through their life. Thank you.

Wonderful Experience! Lexus On The Park has provided excellent services. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and customer-service focused and it has been a great experience. It was so nice to meet Josie Allen who did the Tutorial with us . I was very impressed with how friendly, professional and helpful she was.
