Service As always I receive an excellent customer experience from Lexus on the Park and the people there. I can't comment on the price because I don't go anywhere else. And they have popcorn on weekends.

Nobody likes service departments? Had my IS350 Sport in for a second time, with a small squeak in the center console. The sound that is barely audible drove me a little squirrelly and proved difficult to find, to a point where I knew what Greg (Service adviser extraordinaire) and Warren (top tech) were thinking...this guy has serious issues and is ready for a nice new "home", They were patient, found the problem (needle in a haystack), fixed it and DID NOT have me "committed". Saved Thousands of Dollars I highly recommend Lexus on the Park and Greg Mumford for taking ownership of a very expensive repair job. I have a 2006 US, GS 300 that I bought about a year ago. My power steering went out and I took it to the mechanic I always take my car to. One of the sensors was dead and I was looking at ~$1,800 repair through him. In a Pinch!!! I have been dealing with another Lexus dealership in Toronto for about 8 years and had a very good working relationship---or so i thought. Just the other day when it started to snow my heat went off. I called the dealer and asked to come in on an urgent basis. You cant drive in the snow without heat.
