Thanks Benjamin Momayez A couple years ago I purchased a car through Benjamin. I live 2 hours away, but since my purchase, I have been back to the dealership a couple of times for service. Benjamin has ensured that this experience was timely and efficient. He has went above and beyond to take care of my needs, and exceed my expectations. Great experience from a first time Lexus buyer First time Lexus buyer, was thrilled to finally start hunting. Lexus on the Park has a very welcoming staff and environment. Our one on one time with the sales associate was substantial from the very beginning up until the end when we finally picked up our car. We definitely felt valued and are extremely happy with our purchase and vehicle.

Thank you Kevin Fam for your excellent customer service! I broke down late on a Thursday afternoon and had to be towed to the dealership, and, of course without an appointment. As my luck would have it, it was just before the long labor day weekend and it was not a small repair that was needed. Kevin was able to get the car in, assessed, fixed and out the door, just before closing on Friday, so I could have my car for the long weekend, which was much appreciated. Outstanding, well trained professionals,who care! My wife and I just bought a Lexus from Lexus on the Park. The staff and management made us feel like royalty! They were professional and courteous and respectful. When we first went in, we talked to Thomas Homewood who was looking after another client. We started asking questions while he was on his way to help out his client. Instead of blowing us off, he listened and then kindly referred us to another sales rep, Ben. They make themselves available for assistance and questions even in off hours and provide great follow-up to ensure satisfaction. It's a pleasure dealing with them and Lexus on the Park as a whole.

Excellent Service.. I bought Lexus RX 350 (2011) a year ago. Whenever I visited "Lexus On The Park" for any services it's Benjamin and Greg who with their professional gesture supported my needs as fast as possible. If something beyond their track they used to call others to solve the problem. To me, they are very much cooperative and client oriented and knows how to earn customers satisfaction.
