2015 ES-350 We started when I visited the dealership cold, asked to see a Sales Manager, and Trevor Armstrong came out to see me. He listened to me explain that I already owned two Lexus cars and that I wanted to trade one in on a 2014 ES-350 demonstrator -- feeling that I would get a good deal, now that the 2015 models were available. RX350 seviced Overall the service was OK. The person that checked my vehicle in as pleasant and helpful. The advisor was efficient. Vehicle was ready by the promised time. I was disappointed that the vehicle was not properly cleaned. The windows were spotty, the trunk area of the vehicle was not cleaned and certain areas in the cab area were spotty and dusty.
