Honesty My wife took her Lexus RX in for a part which a collision repair company failed to install. Stephen found the part had been misplaced and left under the cargo area carpet. It was installed for no charge instead of requiring a purchase of a complete $800 assembly. Thanks!

service speaks volumes I contacted Lexus to inquire about a few pre-owned vehicles on the website. Benjamin reassured me the cars were there and he would also contact me to update me on the stock before I came in on the weekend from Whitby. Best car buying experience of my life I ended up at Lexus on the Park just by coincidence because I happened to be in the area. Since I have been considering a RX350 I figured I'll just see what they might have in their Pre-owned inventory. The salesman, Yin Chan was very polite and was able to answer all my questions.
