Excellent Service ON August 23rd i was at On the Park and Kevin Fam was the service rep.. He was very professional yet friendly. He was thorough in his assessment and explanation of the whole service of my vehicle. Loved the extra touch of getting my vehicle cleaned both inside and out. Small gestures makes a whole lot of difference in maintaining customers. Thank you and will always recommend this dealer to family and friends.

great customer service Very happy with Kevin's help for my 80K maintenance service and tire replacement arrangement. In addition, I like the shuttle service as my day wasn't disrupted too much by having a car service done. And...I am always looking forward to my latte and washed car when I pick it up.

Excellent All -Round Service Lexus On The Park has provided excellent service right from the purchase of our Lexus ES to the services we have had. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and customer-service focused and it has been a great experience. I love my Lexus and with the excellent service as well, will be staying with this brand for a long time.

Excellent dealership - would recommend to anyone. I purchased my car at lexus on the park and have serviced it there as well. Great all around dealer and I have had no issues ever. The staff are well trained to always put the customer 1st and you will appreciate the service you receive. Lexus & Lexus on the Park really make it difficult for you to ever leave the lexus ecosystem.

Helped me complete my search. I was a idle buyer for sometime, looking for used car with a excellent service and past, it was not till I found the comfort this dealership was happy to offer in my search. New Car Delivery The team that served us was very professional and courteous. My wife and I are in our 70's and, at times, we felt somewhat overwhelmed by the plethora of information we received, but, we were invited back for a second review of all the gadgets on the car and left feeling much more comfortable with our new machine.
