November 13th Lexus RX 400h 90000 km service appointment. What can I say? Greg Mugford has been the service person I have related to for at least three recent issues. I have always found him to be polite, informed and responsive to my inquiries of servicing this car we own. The best in the biz - Abid! The service was impeccable! A+++ Service Benjamin MOMAYEZ was excellent, he is very friendly and you never felt pressured by him. His customer service is great and he answered all of our concerns. On the day of pick up he went out of his way to pick myself and my wife up from our home, so that we could pick up our Lexus RX 350 from the Lexus on the Park dealership. Highly recommended. The way the car business should be I would just like to pass on my comments about Lexus On The Park and the team there. Great experience as always I always have a great experience with Lexus on the Park. They are nice & friendly, see me quickly, and get the job done. It is a beautiful dealership with some nice amenities while waiting, and they provided me a rental car since my visit required a few hours. I highly recommend Lexus cars, and this dealership in particular.
