Fantastic I found the Ford in March 2015, I was surprised that it was at an official Lexus dealer. Jonathan helped me and treated me as any other customer. Great facility, good people. I've been a Toyota SUV fan for many years and this is my first Lexus, a GX 460. It is now my favorite vehicle. The Royal Oak sales people made the entire purchase process easy. I also deal with both David and Colin in the service department at Royal Oak and both are friendly, knowledgeable and good to deal with.

Lexus Quality and Service is Outstanding I bought my GS350 1 1/2 years ago and absolutely love the car. It has fantastic handling, power, and fit and finish. I have owned German luxury cars in the past and have found that Lexus quality and service is a step above. Truly wonderful and welcomin. Our experience was great! Just walking around the lot we were greeted with a smile and no pressure. We continued inside and the same manner was reflected. Henry even offered and prepared tea for us! It was very much a comfortable atmosphere. We didn't feel like we had to buy that day, or even from them if they did not have what we were looking for, witch in my opinion made me want to find a vehicle at their lot because of their openness and no pressure attitudes.
