Mr. Henry Yu is a good sale consultant. I visited Lexus of Royal Oak in May, 2016. My purpose is to get detailed information about 2016 RX 350, including price, feathers,reliability, and safety. The person I talked to is Mr. Henry Yu. He is professional, friendly, knowledgable and patient. Mr. Henry Yu answered all my questions and also showed me how to do the comparison of luxury SUVs between Lexus-made and other-company-made. I was very pleased for my visit.

World class Professional service I had the choice between Porsche and Lexus and I must say both are great products and service. But , I was very impressed with how the staff treated me with world class professionalism. Great Experience Its refreshing to deal with a dealership where the staff are happy and have a true desire to please the customer. I've had experiences with sales (Jonathan is friendly and approachable!), finance (Donna was awesome) and service(Many experiences, all excellent!) departments at this dealer and based on those cumulative experiences, I would totally recommend them.
