Sold me a vehicle in Alberta with no block heater. Didn’t let me know it didn’t have one when I bought it. Didn’t offer to install one or remote start so the cost could be added to the financing then basically said they aren’t standard equipment so not their job to tell me. Failure to return calls / don't respect warranty After the second set of front door speakers in my GX developed a rattle and distortion, Lexus of Royal Oak refused to warranty the part - despite being less than a year old and under warranty. Said they couldn't hear the issue. I asked to speak to the manager, who was away on vacation. I was told he would call me when he returned within the week. No call back. I have since left 2 more messages and no call back.

Last minute change to price of vehicle by dealership My experience with both Candace and Richard was excellent. Both were very pleasant to deal with , very knowledgeable and professional. Kevin was my sales person and the initial deal went very well. We negotiated a price and the dealership looked at my existing vehicle to give me a trade in price. Shameful Sales Strategy Went into this dealership because a friend referral and it is well known for its amazing service. While I didn't have the opportunity to experience their service centre, I had the miss fortune of dealing with their sales team. Terrible sales staff to deal with I was interested in Lexus CT 200h. I called Friday and said will come Saturday to take a look. I called Saturday morning and said will stop by around 1:45. I arrived about 1:30 and the original sales person talked over phone was busy and asked another sales person to deal with me. Bad service bookings Dealership strives to excel in customer service, however it may not be easy to get the perfect employees . Noticed though the employee tried to sound pleasing, you could tell she was just faking it and you can read the tone in her with her curt answers.Spoils the whole experience they try to create.
