Great Customer Service After some repairs on my vehicle i could hear a sound from the door. The body shop could not figure it out after bringing me back and forth. Finally i asked lexus to help me out. They took the car in for me and figured it out quickly and fixed it. Not only that but they found a nail in my tire and dealt with that the same day versus bringing me back. It was awesome not hearing that noise driving home. The customer service is awesome

Tires The service in the parts department was exceptional. Cj was very professional and patient as i had a ton of questions about great quality tires. Other places I went to, it was obvious they just cared about my money and quickly got frustrated with my curiosity. This handsome young man has given me a 10/10 experience. I will be handing his cards out to anyone I know that owns a Lexus.

Exceptional service -above and beyond We have enjoyed exceptional service consistently . I had dropped by since my key fob wasn't working , I was greeted with a smile , when I said I wanted help with my key fob , Tasha immediately asked someone to help even though the service and parts department was closed , while waiting we were offered coffee at the Barrista . Tasha is one of the managing partners and was truly a delight to meet . Would recommend this dealership to my friends and family without a doubt!

Best Experience I walked into the dealership and was greeted kindly by the receptionist who actually walked around her test and greeted me face to face. Cary my salesman was very knowledgeable, he told me about features that i wouldn't even have thought about asking.
