Finally Fixed the navigation system Bri Thompson gets a five star rating for finally getting my navigation system fixed after four years of LEXUS beating around the bush trying bandaid fixes for a navigation system that never worked from the time the LX570 was purchased new. It needed a new antenna which should have been apparent a lot earlier on. Go the 'extra mile' to make things happen Have experienced excellent service from the team at Royal Oak every time I have brought my Lexus in. Once I had to be towed there with two flats and many business appointments that day. They found me a loaner to use and set about making it right while I attended all my commitments. Last time, they recommended a dent puller for a hit and run to my vehicle in a parking lot. Top of the line Service LeVar, Alex and everyone at the dealership made the entire experience of buying a vehicle seamless, easy and enjoyable. First Time Service This was the first time bringing in my vehicle for service since I purchased the vehicle. The service department and David my service advisor was amazing!! Very friendly and helpful. Fixed my wiper blade problem and got an oil change at the same time.
