Henry was Excellent Henry was great to deal with in my visit to the dealership. He was very enthusiastic about Lexus and showed me around the whole dealership. He is very friendly and great to deal with.

Personalized service. Honest salesperson. Henry - Sales person, called me immediately when I sent an e-mail inquiry. I told him I was a serious buyer and will be purchasing something before July 1, 2016. Unfortunately, he has nothing currently that suits my needs, but he was honest and he was a good listener.

I loved my buying experience at Lexus of Royal Oak . My salesman Jonathan Josue was excellent, honest and not pushy. He always followed up with me or put me in touch with the correct person for any issues or concerns I had. He let me take my time as he knew at the time of my first visit I wasn't 100% ready to purchase. The dealership is so professional, friendly and well run. I would highly recommend Lexus of Royal Oak and Jonathan.

Finding the right Car, the right way. I have been looking for a small SUV for quite some time, used, given my current wage. I've spent numerous weekends at dealerships. Excellent customer service We visited to this dealership to shop for a new car, as we enter the door Henry Yu was there and greeted us. Henry Yu has an excellent customer service, the friendliest sales person I've ever meet as if we know each other for a while already. He let us tour around the dealership and the owner was there talking to us. Henry takes care of us, give snacks. He give us some options and end up buying the Lexus NX200t.

Top notch service in all aspects Visited his dealer for the first time to get some service done. From the greeting as I entered the dealership to the minute I left, all people I came in contact with were interested in me getting the best service possible. One gentlemen came over to talk and it turned out he was the owner, but it was more or less a "welcome to the dealership" and I hope your experience has been great. I recently purchased the car in B.C. and from what I saw, this will be my destination for service.

My 19 y. o. Daughter had her Lexus serviced, they recommended service which was not required per their service schedule (replace spark plugs) while there was no triggering event, to replace 2 years and 40000km before service schedule while the car ran very smooth seems to me you are taking advantage of a young female. Also recommended brakes and the info they provided was not accurate and if they were in the shape they suggested (1mm) am not certain they should have let her drive off the lot from a purely safety perspective.... read more

They told me I would have to trade in a vehicle in order to purchase one, otherwise they would not sell me a new vehicle. Also if I ordered a 2023 vehicle I would have to pay a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $ 2,500. In my opinion this is poor customer service. I’ll take mine elsewhere.

Bad Experience Even though our experience with Stewart the salesman was excellent, the manger, Jason is awful and treated us with a lot of condescension and derision. If my wife was not sold on the vehicle, would not have entered the place.
