same old Just in for basic service. Same old review: everything was great as usual, right from the greeting in the service entrance, dealings with Colin & Chelsea in service and a talking about dogs with the owner. Always a great experience MJW

What a pleasant experience I would recommend this dealer with no hesitation at all. I have now had 3 service appointments (2 vehicles) and the service just keeps getting better. From the time you arrive till the time you leave with your spotlessly clean vehicle everyone you speak or interact with is great! Service that is top notch From when you drive into the immaculate service bay you are impressed with how clean and bright the area for check in is. As you wait for a service consultant, you are greeted with a refreshment of choice. Great customer experience Most of the show rooms are trying to sell the car, instead of explaining the features. I wasn't planning to buy Lexus. It's not on my wish list. Team explained the features of Car very well and I am sold. My service experience is also great.
