Top Level Service and Staff After an extensive search in our local market we decided to check out Lexus of Royal Oak and were completely impressed with the level of service we received throughout the entire process. Royal oak Lexus I purchased my Lexus in the USA while living ther and had concerns about how I would be treated at a different Lexus dealership when I moved back to Calgary. I have only positive things to say about David Skillen. Excellent, very personalized service. Very attentive but not overbearing. All staff make me feel welcome. I especially like the coffee bar. Advisor is very thorough in explaining what is covered and what the charges will be.
Best dealership I've dealt with As soon as you walk in through the doors, you're greeted with friendly smiles from any of the Lexus of Royal Oak employees. Chelsea and Samantha are usually one of the first few people to welcome and ask if I need anything like coffee or pastry.
