Amazing Service every time no matter what the problem This dealership really knows how to keep their customers coming back. They pay very close attention to the small details of your visit while still taking care of the big stuff. Edwin is a wonderful rep and always gets back to you right away to help you with your visit. Purchase of a used vehicle I owned an old Dodge Caravan that was living on borrowed time so I decided I finally had to upgrade before it died on me. Excellent Aring service - no fuss! After having had experience of a number of Lexus dealers across Canada, I have found Lexus Royal Oak to be a welcome relief. In spite of the general Lexus profile of high end cars, high end service, some are off hand and too 'busy' to do more than note your details and send you off to read old magazines or watch weird day time tv while you wonder what kind of service your car is getting! Best service from David Skillen! I needed one of my tires replaced after driving over something that in turn destroyed my tire. David was truly awesome - a new tire was immediately ordered . David called me a couple of times keeping me up to date . Within 48 hours I had a brand new tire installed. Aside from being super efficient , David is a genuinely nice guy , who makes outstanding Customer Service his number one goal! It shows! Thank you!!!

Emergency service I have owned 5 Lexuses, or Lexi since 1993. They sold me a DRIVING EXPERIENCE, not just a car then and I have enjoyed both the cars and more particularly, the service since. I have a 2002 RX 300 that has 427,000 KM on it and it is still running just fine, despite the New Car Light being on for several years now, I intend to run it at least until 500,000 km. As expected Was in for basic service. Can't say they exceeded my expectations as once you have experienced their performance you know what to expect and it's top notch. Service advisor Edwin Prasad was great and though it was only an oil change he went over the whole process and pointed out an area of concern (rear tires). The dealership is customer service driven and all realize that a happy customer is their biggest asset. Thanks again, MJW

Excellent service Moved my RX400h vehicle service to Lexus of Royal Oak when then first opened and they have been consistently excellent for the last 3 years.
