Wonderful Very pleasant experience. I was greeted immediately and told there would be a short wait. I had just enough time to order a (free) latte when I was informed the service writer was ready. The car was checked in quickly and I was given a ride home. Later, when the car was ready, I was picked up. All work done was thoroughly explained and my questions answered to my satisfaction. Not only did the car run like new, it had been expertly detailed so it also looked like new. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

Great Service I was leaving to go on vacation when I noticed that I needed service at noon. Made a call to the service dept & they made an appointment for 2pm. Received a call at 4 pm that my vehicle was ready & it was washed & detailed. They are the best service centre that we have ever experienced in our 50 years of owning vehicles.
Excellent service I have been serviced by David Skillen and his knowledge of my RX350 has been outstanding. As well he provides good tips on keeping my Lexus runner nag smoothly. He has me in and out in short order. Good job.
Excellent Service! Just took my 2013 Lexus RX 350 in for my 56,000 km and must say that I was very impressed with the service I received. Not only were the service items well taken care of as well as the usual VIP inside/outside complimentary clean, but they located a screw in my tire which was removed and the tire repaired, replaced my worn windshield wipers, and fixed 3 windshield chips (which I had requested they look at). Exceptional Service, They really do it all for you I had been in a lease for six months and I wanted to upgrade early to something that could fit my lifestyle. Every other dealership I went to told me it's not possible due to how young I was (19 years old) so I was nervous to tell Mike my situation.
