Service Always good courteous service from the time I made the appointment to when I was picked up to get my car. They are most helpful and attentive to detail.
First service with my new ES350 and very pleased with the ease of getting it done. Very easy to get checked in and then have the service completed.
Excellent Customer Service I am very pleased with the service I receive at Lexus of Royal Oak. I have an Infinity and still chose Lexus for service. I am very happy overall with the service technicians, the shuttle drivers and the staff at Lexus. Edwin Prasad is my service consultant and he is the reason I return. He is very courteous and professional. Edwin is very thourough when discussing the work required and the cost. There are never any surprises. I would highly recommend Edwin and the Lexus team for any service needs.
