Yearly service My wife owns a 2002 Lexus SC convertible which she allows me to drive on occasion.. I have the pleasure of taking the car for a service check on an annual basis to Lexus of Royal Oak. I have dealt with David Skillen on a number of occasions, as recently as today. David has an extremely positive attitude towards the customer. He anticipates what the customer needs and expects. Tire fix Received a nail in my tire while out and about... Lexus of Royal Oak had me in/out immediately with a tire fix. No run around. No questions asked. Not forced to purchase a new tire. Great service, once again.
Fantastic Service I have been servicing my Lexus RX450h since this dealership opened in NW Calgary. Every service has been finished on time and with no issues. The complimentary car wash and interior cleaning is just about the best bonus ever. I have also waited for my car to be serviced and had a complimentary manicure by a great esthetician.
