First oil change and swap summer wheel/tires for winters SUV winter wheels and tires are big and heavy enough that it is terrific that the dealer can store them for you -- no loading and hauling. My RX is the second one I have bought and I love it. Service appointments are a pleasure to keep and this dealer never disappoints -- great work and a very fine facility. Love the coffee!
Service is top Quality Back in May I bought my Lexus used from Royal Oak after having a terrible experience with my Subaru Outback with Centaur Subaru. After my wife had scratched my tire rim i brought it in to Lexus Royal Oak. I have never felt so welcomed at a business before and the customer service is outstanding. Yes the costs might be high at times but the service makes up for it and then sum. Great Job Edwin Prasad and the Royal Oak Lexus Staff.

They explain the nature of the service required when we check in and they review the results of the service upon checkout. Our vehicle is in pristine condition when we pick it up.

Brought my 350 in for oil change and tire rotation Overtime I bring my vehicle into this dealership I am treated very well. If I need a courtesy car, a ride or if I decide to wait my needs are met. My car is always ready when promised.
Winter tire swap Brought my vehicle in to put on winter tires and put summer tires in storage. David brought my attention to upfront costs and potential variable charges, and made the entire process as painless as possible. I deal with David the most at the dealership for my servicing, very pleasant guy, keeps you informed with timely information and best of all: no surprises. Servicing at the dealership is a little pricey but I always walk away with peace of mind and a full understanding of the cost structure.
Semi-annual service Once again my semi-annual trip to Lexus of Royal Oak which included drop-off, shuttle, service and pickup was excellent. David's explanation and recommendations were very professional and easy to understand and discuss.
