This dealership is a total scam. I took my car, with only 18750 km and 2 years old for annual maintenance service. they ended up recommending so many unnecessary services, I ended up paying $1,500 at the end. Their trick was to call you. Since I am a 73 year old man with hearing problems, they ended up getting my approval for all repairs. It is a big crime to take advantage of an old man. They should have submitted a written estimate to get my approval, as required by Ontario Consumer Protection Bureau.

I would be giving 0 star but it is not allowed. I just came back from Richmond Hill Lexus and this is actually my second time there. The first time I went there and was not satisfied with their customer services. This time I decided to use their service again and BIG MISTAKE. This dealership is a total scam. They say one thing to you first then not honoring it afterward and charge you as much as they could! Very unethical and I would be reporting this to the consumer law.

I have purchased 5 new cars here. I have had friends buy here. My family has bought here. And now every time I am in I feel rushed and unvalued. My last Lexus was in an accident and they lowballed me and didn’t want to sell a new vehicle. My original agent was let go as he was told he wasn’t aggressive enough. I believe that tells all.

Buying out my leased car was a nightmare. They forced me to get the safety from their dealship which is not required by MOT and I could have get it from any licenced mechanic.You need to push the manager to agree on buyout the car as is to save a lot of money

I brought my 2015 RX 450 H for a diagnosis. My Audio system is broken. I was told come in for a diagnosis it will cost you $ 175.00 and we will figure out the issue. When I get to the dealer they do the diagnosis and came back with a worst case scenario of $ 25,556 to replace the radio. They could not figure out the problem. The tech gives me 4 options as to what could be wrong. Not sure what is the $ 175.00 charge is for if they cannot figure out the problem. By far the WORST dealership experience I ever had. I dealt with Jack Feng who used the "Bait and Switch" tactic to have me come into the dealership to negotiate pricing only to tell me that there was no room for negotiation. He had previously called and stated that pricing can be discussed but had to be in person. Not only did he flat out lie, but he also said I was waste of his time and that I should not be coming to him unless I am ready to sign the papers. I would strongly advise anyone against visiting this dealership!

I was huge on this dealership till this moment. I have leased 2 cars of them and was going to for the 3rd one however I’m so glad that i did not . My previous sales person Garry Koone was a pleasure to deal with but unfortunately he was on sick leave so no availablity . I met this other sales person Ken, folks stay away from him. He is the shadiest sales person.

Lexus makes great cars! They don't brake, normally. To maintain army of staff dealership has to be creative. When innocent voice offers you free check of something, expect call 2-3 hours later with ridiculous quote for unnecessary service.
