Don’t trust anything that they tell you verbally. Read your contract carefully before you sign it.They tell you something and put something else on your contract. They said they were charging me the car thefts tag for $250 but put $872 on the contract that I found out later when I got home.On top of that I had to cancel my contract because they disclosed some issues exactly on the day of closing that I wasn’t aware of and didn’t want that car and lost my deposit.

We are very frustrated with the service at Lexus Richmond Hill. This experience was very disappointing. They charge unreasonably for services which have never been done. This is the second time when I go to pick up my car for an oil change and they fraudulently charge me for rotation of tires (I changed all 4 tires one month ago and did drive less than 1K before today when they told me they have done rotation…for what for new tires?), service of breaks (which were completely intact when I changed my tires one month ago) etc, cleaning HVAC (for a car which has been driven only 40K) etc. They asked me to pay $1200 for a routine ... read more

Bought a used Lexus in April. Great car but received it with small dents on the doors. Show it to sales rep I bought it from. Said she was going to look into it and take care of it. four months later and still waiting. Your customer care is very lacking. Seems to me that get the sale and forget about the follow up, I have already mentioned the lack of customer care this dealership provides to my friends.

I am not satisfied with Lexus of Richmond Hill, because the issue that happened to my car could very well have been caused by one of their own service staff. There are security cameras installed in the service area, and by reviewing the footage, they could have clarified what really happened — but they refused to do so. Warning: Avoid Adam Fang at Lexus of Richmond Hill. I visited this dealership on June 6, 2025, excited to lease a 2025 NX350h in Black with Red interior I was ready to sign that day.
