Customer Service I was at dealership today and the way I was treated by staff (specially Anthony) is absolutely ridiculous. That is not the way the customer should be treated. I spent almost 2 hours at location and I was advised by staff that Don Valley Lexus and RH location is same and will provide the same incentives (Don valley is offering Winter car tires with every used car from tomorrow). Poor Service - Winter Tires and Service Ordered winters tires 10 days before my appointment. Tires were not available when I brought my car in at my appointment and not all service items were completed(16,000 km service) even though they were checked off on the service inspection report. I wonder what actual services were performed on my vehicle. I wasted a lot of time at the dealership. They seem to be disorganized. Not impressed!
False advertising and very rude sales manager if you received any advertising in mail from this company just throw it in garbage without looking at it because they will deny what they offered.
DISGRACEFUL Not even 5 mins and I was very upset and ready to leave. Which is exactly what I did. This rep. P. WONG was a total fool and came across as very unprofessional and extremely rude. I simply could not believe his attitude. I will not recommend this place and definitely not this clown.
Horrible Negotiating Exp but Service @ Car Delivery was Good I had a very poor negotiating experience where the sales rep tried to avoid providing the details that I was asking for such as overall value of the car and actual discount. I ended up settling for a package that I did not due to my ceiling price limit. Overall, I found the sales rep to be quite combative during the negotiation process. Lack of Communication from the Service Provider; Radio in my Car stopped working. I took my car to Lexus RH. When I got my care back after diagnosis I realized that my Disability Permit was missing. I called my Service Provider who assured me it was not in the dealership, despite my insistence that it was. A month later I took my car in as the Radio was finally in from the States. Absolute Disappointment. Worst dealership experience ever. Last place I'd ever buy a car from. Worst car salesman ever and has absolutely no clue about customer service. Never mind the piece of crap I bought from them.
Worst experience at a dealership We had the worst experience at this dealership. Vince, the sales manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional! I have never seen someone so offensive in customer service! My husband and I went to get a quote for a IS and they got the quote from the exact website that everyone has access to online.
